A Unique Polymer Systems LTD contractor has recently completed another condenser

refurbishment contract for a local chemical manufacturer.

 

The contract was awarded in November and required that the tube sheet be abrasive

coating to ensure erosion and corrosion resistance.

Unique Polymer Systems LTD recommended the application of UPS 205 FG fluid Grade Ceramic,

a two pack solvent free epoxy coating with high abrasion and corrosion resistance. 

​

The project was completed over a 5 day period the condenser back in operation within a week.
